DONATION FAQS

  • First, congratulations! We hope your special day is a joyful one! To donate flowers, please complete the Event Flower Donation Form. Upon receipt we will be in touch to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Our calendar fills quickly, so please give us as much advance notice as possible for planning purposes.

  • Once we receive your completed Flower Donation Form, we will put your date on our calendar and will follow up the month before to confirm volunteer availability. If so, our volunteers will collect the flowers from your event and transport them to our arranging facility. If no pick-up volunteers are available or your event is outside the Memphis area, we may be able to coordinate a drop off at our arranging suite.

Flowers receive a fresh cut and fresh water and will be arranged into smaller bouquets. Our volunteers will then deliver the bouquets - with handwritten notes - to the recipients of your choice (if possible). The whole process typically only takes one or two days to ensure the flowers remain as fresh as possible for the recipients.

  • Ideally several months in advance but a minimum of a month. Our calendar fills up quickly.  Please submit the Flower Donation Form as early as possible. If your date is available, we will reserve it for you. About a month in advance we’ll confirm that we have volunteers available and finalize the details. While we rarely can accommodate last minute requests, please contact us to see if we have availability.
